DELIVERY
Delivery of products orders are made from Monday to Sunday, in two selectable intervals before placing an order on the website.
Delivery intervals are:
- 10:00 - 17:00
- 17:00 - 22:00
We inform you that we cannot guarantee and do not assume an exact delivery time. Delivery can be made at any time in the time slot selected by you before placing the order.
If the customer can no longer receive the order at the time of delivery, we resume the delivery for free the next day.
The flowers that are returned are sold in our store and the product is remade the next day with fresh flowers.
Depending on the daily orders, we deliver with our own couriers or partner couriers. If the order is delivered with partner couriers, we do not have information related to the exact location of the delivery person or the time at which the delivery is made.
You will receive a confirmation email when the recipient receives the order.
We inform you that the delivery intervals are indicative and there are exceptional situations that do not depend on our delivery service, in which there may be delays.
Because we always deliver fresh flowers ordered daily from our suppliers, we are sometimes restricted by the time of day when the reception takes place. Therefore, the delivery interval of 2 to 6 hours may depend on the stock of the products on that day and the time when we receive the products from the manufacturers.
We advise you to ask by phone or on the chat on the website the availability of the delivery time interval before placing the order to avoid possible inconveniences.
- Delivery in the cities of Bucharest and Brasov is free for any order over 100 RON.
- Delivery in Ilfov is 35 RON.
Personal Lift is available from Monday to Sunday between 09:00 and 20:00 at the addresses of our florist in Bucharest and Brasov .
Please wait for the email confirming that the product is ready, before coming to our location.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
According to the legislation in force, perishable products cannot be returned.
