You don't need water or any other cleaning products!

Please follow the instructions below to make your arrangement last enough to bring years of joy:

Please do not water the roses or treat them with care products.

Please avoid touching the petals, as this could affect the life of the roses. Ideally, protect yourself from direct sunlight.

If the dust starts to build up after a while, you can simply remove it with a brush.

DELIVERY

The delivery of the products is made from Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 and 22:00 by our own delivery service.

For the delivery of the products on the same day, the order must be placed until 17:00.

For orders placed with same day delivery, the order will be delivered within the time slot selected on the product page.

Delivery cannot be scheduled at a specific time, it is made at any time within the selected interval, depending on the availability of couriers.

Because we always deliver fresh flowers ordered daily from our suppliers, we are sometimes restricted to the time of day when suppliers deliver certain flowers to us.  Therefore, the delivery interval of 2 to 6 hours may depend on the stock of the products of that day and the time when we receive the products from the manufacturers.

We advise you to ask by phone or on the chat on the site the availability of the delivery time before placing the order to avoid any inconvenience.

  • Delivery in the cities of Bucharest and Brasov is free for any order over 100 RON.

Personal Pick up is available from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 and 20:00 from the addresses of our florist in Bucharest and Brasov. Please wait for the phone confirmation that the product is ready before you show up at our location.

PRODUCT RETURN

According to the legislation in force, perishable products cannot be returned.

PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS

Payment for products can be made by card online or by bank transfer.

Online payments are secured using the highest standards.
